Cada unidad se aspira, se lava con agua y jabón y se desinfecta con un desinfectante aprobado por la EPA después de cada renta, con cuidado adicional en las redes, los escalones y las zonas de mayor contacto, para que llegue impecable.

¿Es necesario quitarse los zapatos dentro del brincolín?

Los niños deben quitarse los zapatos, no se permiten alimentos ni bebidas adentro, nada de maromas ni juegos bruscos, y conviene agrupar a los niños por edad y tamaño. Siempre se requiere supervisión de un adulto.

¿Cuánto espacio necesito para un brincolín?

Las unidades estándar miden 13x13 pies o 15x15 pies y necesitan de 17 a 20 pies de espacio, incluyendo el margen libre. Las unidades combo más grandes con tobogán requieren más espacio. ¿Necesito suministrar energía?

Sí, se requiere energía. La mayoría de las rentas necesitan de 1 a 2 tomas de corriente en circuitos separados, a menos de 50 pies de donde se coloca el equipo. ¿No hay toma cerca o el evento es en un parque? Agrega un generador al finalizar tu compra y nosotros lo llevamos para que todo funcione todo el día.

¿Cuál es su garantía por mal clima?

Puedes cancelar o reprogramar por cualquier motivo hasta que llegue nuestro equipo, incluso la misma mañana, y el total de tu pago se conserva como crédito en tienda que nunca vence para una nueva fecha. Una vez que entregamos e instalamos, la renta es final.

¿Cuándo pago y cuál es su política de cancelación?

Un depósito del 50% reserva tu fecha y el saldo se paga el día de la entrega, o 25% en pedidos mayores a $1,000 como eventos escolares o de iglesia. Si cancelas por cualquier motivo, tu pago se convierte en crédito en tienda que nunca vence, nunca un reembolso en efectivo, así que nunca pierdes lo que pagaste.

¿Para qué edades son ideales los brincolines?

Los brincolines se recomiendan por lo general para niños de 3 a 12 años. Para los más pequeños ofrecemos inflables especiales con áreas de juego suave y toboganes suaves. Para niños mayores, adolescentes y adultos, los inflables más grandes como pistas de obstáculos y juegos interactivos son más apropiados.

¿Qué debo hacer si aumenta el viento durante mi evento?

Si la velocidad del viento supera las 15 millas por hora, deja de usar el inflable y apaga el soplador. Aun con estacas o sacos de arena, los inflables no se pueden asegurar de forma segura con viento fuerte. Si ves los árboles moverse mucho o se acerca una tormenta, apágalo hasta que pase y luego reanuda.

Sky High Party Rentals is the best in the industry (Houston-area) for bounce houses, inflatable water slides, snow cone machine, and lots of other fun party supplies! the delivery team was excellent setting up and taking down the water slide, and they made our event a huge success by their professional work and friendly customer service. We have rented a huge waterslide and snow cone machine from them for many years for our Back to School Fun Day, and we have always had the best experience --all good. A few times there has been a small problem with the equipment, but they sent their crew to us quickly and fixed the problem very fast. This year we did not have any problem at all, so they just dropped off the items and picked them back up when scheduled. It is very easy to rent from this company, because it can all be done online. They also have excellent customer service and when you call you get to talk to a person not a computer. It is easy to get the answer to the question you have, because they have great customer service and it is fast to reach someone. We could not recommend this company more, because like I said they are just simply the best!
