For quality, business, and training purposes all of our phone calls are recorded. 

You may cancel or reschedule a reservation for any reason however payment is non-refundable. Cancellations are given credit with our company which does not expire. You may also transfer your credit to a friend or family member. Please call our reservations representatives at (281) 606-5867 to cancel or reschedule a reservation and we will be happy to assist you. You may also cancel from your my account area where store credit will automatically credited. 

Refund / Cancellation Policy 

We do not give refunds for cancellations. This is because we carry limited quantities of each product and our equipment is sometimes reserved weeks or months in advance for parties. We also purchase equipment in advance based on current orders to meet demand. By reserving equipment for your party we place that equipment out of service from anyone else being able to rent.

SMS Communications/Ringless Voicemails

We use text messaging/ringless voicemails to communicate delivery/pickup info, marketing information, requests for reviews, and updates. We also use SMS to remind you about signing our paperwork at the time of delivery and pick up, safety information, and important information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We send text message marketing SMS once a week for last-minute deals and reminders to anyone that begins checking out but do not finish. Damage Insurance

Covers damage to our equipment under normal use, excluding complete destruction or theft.


Taxes are not included and will cost an additional 8.25% tax, unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax exempt you have two options:

1. Contact us at (281) 606-5867 and If you have already made it to checkout we can find your reservation as a quote, and deduct the taxes by phone after we receive your tax exempt form.

2. If you have already placed a reservation online with taxes paid we can refund the taxes after we receive your tax exempt form. Please send us a copy of your tax exempt form to


We accept all major credit cards and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Personal Checks and cash are no longer accepted by our company. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to rent. Sky High Party Rentals reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. In the event that we are not able to accomodate your order, your payment will be returned.

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Sky High Party Rentals signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Phone/Email Marketing

We will never sell your information and have security safe guards to make sure we protect your identity. By providing your email address, or phone number we only use this information to send you confirmation emails, marketing, order updates, delivery info and information about our products and services. After your reservation is complete, we offer a safe unsubscribe below our emails or give information to be removed from our communication channels.

Additional Terms of Lease

Sky High Party Rentals, LLC is not responsible for bad weather, disruption of electrical service and/or unfavorable conditions that may arise and no charges or fees will be reimbursed as a result. ABSOLUTELY NO silly string or similar items, such as, but not limited to, food, drinks, confetti, foam or trash, in or around the unit at any time !!! Silly string and like objects will cause permanent damage to the unit and the customer will be responsible for the full replacement value of the rented unit and/or assessed a $75.00 cleaning fee if the unit is determined not to be permanently damaged. The customer agrees not to operate the unit in a manner contrary to this contract and the rules of use on each unit. If the customer operates the unit in a manner contrary to the contract and rules of use on each unit, and the unit is damaged, the customer agrees to pay the cost or repair or full replacement value of any damaged equipment or unit. The customer agrees that the equipment leased is for the customer's own use and said equipment is not be loaned, sub-let, mortgaged or in any other manner disposed of by the customer. The customer further agrees to be liable for any loss of said equipment by reason of fire, theft, or any other cause.

Hold Harmless Provisions

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold SkyHighPartyRentals, LLC harmless from any and all claim, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, fees, damages and liabilities, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of the leased equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment. The customer hereby releases and holds harmless Sky High Party Rentals, LLC from injuries or damages incurred as a result of the use of the leased equipment. Sky High Party Rentals, LLC cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for injuries as a result of inappropriate use, God, nature, or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge. The customer also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sky High Party Rentals, LLC from any loss, damage, theft or destruction of the equipment during the term of the lease and any extensions thereof. The customer is responsible for all equipment until it is picked up, under all circumstances.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sky High Party Rentals, LLC makes no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, as to the condition of or performance of any leased equipment and the customer agrees to immediately cease use of the equipment and contact Sky High Party Rentals, LLC if any of the lease equipment develops any indication defect or improper working conditions. The customer agrees to use the equipment at his own risk.


In the event that the customer breaches any of the terms of this lease, the customer will pay for all consequential damages and further indemnify Sky High Party Rentals, LLC for all costs incurred by Sky High Party Rentals, LLC incurred in enforcing the terms of the lease or in defending any claim or lawsuit arising out of the operation of said equipment, including the amount of any judgment, attorney’s fees and costs. If Sky High Party Rentals, LLC determines, within its own discretion, that the customer has failed, in any way, to observe or comply with the conditions of this lease, Sky High Party Rentals, LLC may exercise any of the following remedies: termination of this agreement; reenter property and retake the equipment; declare any outstanding rent and charges immediately due and payable and initiate whatever legal proceedings necessary to recover said equipment or monies; and/or pursue any additional remedies available it by law. If a conflict arises, Sky High Party Rentals, LLC, and the customer will abide by Texas state laws.

Q. How are bounce houses cleaned and disinfected?
  • We have a 3 step cleaning process. First we vacuum and wash away with soap and water all dirt & mud from our equipment. Our employees wear gloves and face masks during the cleaning time. Our next step is to use an EPA approved disinfectant for combatting Covid-19. The name of the disinfectant we use is Simple Green Pro D 5 cleaner. We apply this product to anywhere someone might have come in contact with clean towels. This includes netting, pillars, floors, sliding surfaces, pop-up crawlers, steps, and handles.

Q. Do I need to take my shoes off inside the bounce house moonwalk?
  • Yes, shoes must be taken off on inflatables. We also recommend socks.

Q. What rules do my guests and I need to follow to ensure a safe time?
  • Group kids by size when playing in inflatables. Bigger kids or adults should not bounce with younger/smaller kids to help prevent them from being injured. Only 1 person is allowed to slide down each slide at a time. Someone should be in charge of monitoring the inflatable at all times so that children don’t slide down while someone is still exiting. A good protocol is to allow one child to climb the stairs when one child exits. No flips or rough horseplay. If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, exit the moonwalk and turn it off. If you see the moonwalk or tree limbs swaying, this is a strong indication that wind speeds are too high.

Q. Can I slide with my child down a slide?
  • No, only one person should slide down each slide at once. Children should slide separately from parents to prevent accidents from happening at the bottom of the inflatable. Only 1 person is allowed to slide down each slide at a time.

Q. What if I am tax exempt?
  • Option 1: You can place your order now & pay only 50% at checkout. Afterwards just email us a copy of your tax exempt form to so we can take off the taxes. Option 2: You can create an account from our my account area and email us a copy of your tax exempt form. We will then locate your account and make it so taxes are always exempt from your online orders.

Q. How long can I keep my rental?
  • The base price for all of our items is for up to 4 hours of rental time. Prices increase incrementally for rentals lasting more than 4 hours. You can keep most rentals for as long as you like (up to 7 days) for an additional fee. If you need to keep your rental item(s) overnight, select “8 am” on the following day as your pick-up time for the most cost-effective option.

Q. How far in advance should I book my bounce house rental?
  • We suggest booking as early as possible to avoid your items getting booked out, however we can be ready to deliver your bounce house if it's available with at least 2hrs notice.

Q. How do bounce houses stay inflated?
  • An electric fan blower is used to inflate the moonwalk. It must be turned on and attached to the moonwalk the entire time that the inflatable unit is being used, or the moonwalk will deflate.

Q. Will I need to provide a water hose?
  • Yes, you will need to provide a hose long enough to reach from your water source to the location where the water slide will be setup. You will also need to ensure that the slip and slide can be placed within 50 ft. of a power source.

Q. How much space will I need for my rental?
  • Dimensions for each product are listed on the product page. We recommend at least 1 ft. of extra clearance on all sides. If you want your inflatable placed in your backyard, you also need to make sure that your gate is at least 3.5 ft. wide to allow enough space to get our equipment through.

Q. What time will you deliver?
  • After you select and confirm your rental items on our website, you will see a list of options that allows you to choose windows for your preferred drop-off and pick-up times. We will contact you the day before your event to get a more specific timeframe within that window. Typically, we drop-off at least 1-2 hours prior to your event’s start time and pick-up items within 1-2 hours after your requested end time.

Q. Do I need to supply power for my party rental?
  • Yes, power is required for inflatables and most of our other rental items. If you don’t have power outlets located nearby or your event is at a park, you may need to rent a generator from us. Most rentals require 1 to 2 outlets (on separate breakers) within 50 ft. of wherever the item is placed. We provide 50-75 ft. extension cords at no extra cost.

Q. Can you set up inflatables at parks?
  • Yes. However, most parks require you to get approval prior to setting up a moonwalk. They also require a certificate of insurance, which we can provide for an additional $25.

Q. When do I pay for my order?
  • A 50% down payment is due when you make the initial reservation. The remainder of the payment is due the day before your event (of course, you can pay early, if you prefer). For schools, government agencies, or nonprofits that need to pay with purchase orders or checks, please call us to make a reservation.

Q. What if I need to cancel my reservation?
  • Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can cancel for any reason up until your scheduled delivery time. You will receive a “rescheduling” credit that is valid for up to 1 year from the original date of your event. Credit will not be issued after we have delivered the rental equipment. We do not allow refunds.
