Deposit/Payment Policy We require a $50 non-refundable deposit payable upon making any reservation. The remaining balance is due in cash or a business check at time of delivery. If you will be paying by credit card, the full balance is due before the day of setup.
Weather There is no penalty for rescheduling a reservation due to rainy weather. We do not refund deposits but you do get a rain check for your rental good for a whole year to reschedule. If it's raining, our drivers will call on the morning of your reservation to confirm delivery. If a verbal acceptance of delivery is given over the phone and the customer declines the rental when the driver gets to the rental location, the customer will be responsible for payment of the moonwalk. We also do not give refunds after we have setup and left equipment.
Cancellations Please call us immediately if you think you may cancel at (281) 606-5867 Monday - Sunday 9am-5pm and have your invoice number ready. Simply sending an email or leaving a message is not enough to cancel a reservation. You will be given a cancellation number to verify we have made the changes on our end.
Refund Policy We have an open door policy which grants you the right to explain any problems you may have with your rental. Our party rental specialists are trained to deliver and set up equipment professionally and are here to serve you. Refunds are given within 3 business days of your inquiry. If you need to speak with anyone about anything payment related, you may contact us at (281) 606-5867.

If you are tax exempt, please fax a copy of your tax exemption form to (832) 218-2695 after paying your $50 deposit. Please include your reservation number on the form. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
