# Tent Rentals for Weddings & Events Rain plan or the whole venue - we size, permit, and install it. - **Price:** Custom quote - **How to book:** by quote; a specialist confirms the date, the details and the price - **Page:** https://www.skyhighpartyrentals.com/weddings-events/tents A tent isn't a line item you add to a cart - it's engineered to your site: guest count, ground type, power, wind load, and the look you're after. That's why we quote every tent after a quick conversation instead of guessing online. Sky High installs frame tents, elegant sailcloth, and clear-top tents with sidewalls, flooring, climate control, and lighting - and because we also bring the dance floor, furniture, and DJ, it's one crew and one invoice instead of five vendors on your venue's calendar. ## Pricing Custom quote: this service is priced to the size and details of the event. ## Frequently asked questions ### How do I know what size tent I need? Send your guest count, whether it's seated dinner or cocktail-style, and your venue or address. A specialist runs the layout - dance floor, tables, bars, buffet - and recommends the exact size and style. No overbuying, no surprises. ### Can you tent a backyard or an unlevel site? Yes. We handle grass, concrete, decks, and sloped ground, and add flooring or staging where needed. We confirm access, staking vs. weights, and permits during the quote. ### Do you install and take it down? Always. Our insured crew delivers, installs, and strikes the tent, and coordinates the timing around the rest of your setup so nothing collides on event day. ### Do we talk to a real person, or is this an automated quote? A real Sky High event specialist calls you within one business day, learns your date, venue, and guest count, and sends a firm quote. No bots, no hidden 'request pricing' games. ### Which cities do you serve? Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio, all from one insured company. ### Are you insured, and can our venue get a certificate? Yes. We are fully insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance your venue will accept, covering every service on the invoice. ### Can we combine this with your other services? That's the whole idea. Book this alongside a DJ, photo, video, booth, dance floor, or lighting and it's one company, one timeline, and one invoice instead of chasing five vendors. ### How far ahead should we book? The best dates go 6 to 12 months out, but we take last-minute events too. Send your date and we'll tell you honestly what's still open. ### How do deposits and payments work? A retainer holds your date and the balance is due before the event. Your specialist walks you through the exact schedule on the call, with no surprises. ### Do you only do weddings? No. The same crews cover quinceañeras, corporate galas, holiday parties, birthdays, and conferences. ## More services - [DJs, MCs & Live Music](https://www.skyhighpartyrentals.com/weddings-events/djs) - From $1,710.
