# Outdoor Movie Screen Rentals for Events Dive-in movies, game-day watch parties, first-dance replays under the stars. - **Price:** Custom quote - **How to book:** by quote; a specialist confirms the date, the details and the price - **Page:** https://www.skyhighpartyrentals.com/weddings-events/movie-screens A big-screen night is a booking, not a checkout - the right screen size depends on your crowd, the ambient light, the space, and whether you need sound for 30 people or 300. So instead of a one-size product buried in a cart (which is exactly why it rarely got booked), we spec it with you and send one quote. Inflatable screen, HD projector, and pro sound, delivered and run by our crew - perfect for backyard dive-in movies, corporate and church watch parties, kids' events, and receptions that replay the day's highlight film after dark. ## Pricing Custom quote: this service is priced to the size and details of the event. ## Frequently asked questions ### How big a screen do we need? It depends on your audience size and viewing distance. Send your headcount and venue and we recommend the right screen - from backyard-sized to large-format outdoor - plus the sound to match. ### Do you provide the movie and the sound? We bring the screen, HD projector, and a pro sound system and set it all up. You choose the content (movie, game, slideshow, or your wedding highlight film) and handle any licensing for public showings; we'll point you the right way. ### Indoor or outdoor - and what about daylight? Both. Outdoors we start after dusk for the best picture; indoors we can run earlier. During the quote we confirm power, layout, and a weather backup so the show still goes on. ### Do we talk to a real person, or is this an automated quote? A real Sky High event specialist calls you within one business day, learns your date, venue, and guest count, and sends a firm quote. No bots, no hidden 'request pricing' games. ### Which cities do you serve? Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio, all from one insured company. ### Are you insured, and can our venue get a certificate? Yes. We are fully insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance your venue will accept, covering every service on the invoice. ### Can we combine this with your other services? That's the whole idea. Book this alongside a DJ, photo, video, booth, dance floor, or lighting and it's one company, one timeline, and one invoice instead of chasing five vendors. ### How far ahead should we book? The best dates go 6 to 12 months out, but we take last-minute events too. Send your date and we'll tell you honestly what's still open. ### How do deposits and payments work? A retainer holds your date and the balance is due before the event. Your specialist walks you through the exact schedule on the call, with no surprises. ### Do you only do weddings? No. The same crews cover quinceañeras, corporate galas, holiday parties, birthdays, and conferences. ## More services - [DJs, MCs & Live Music](https://www.skyhighpartyrentals.com/weddings-events/djs) - From $1,710.
