# Lighting & Ambience

Lighting is the cheapest transformation in events - and the most photographed.

- **Price:** From $75
- **How to book:** by quote; a specialist confirms the date, the details and the price

Ask any planner: the fastest way to make a venue unrecognizable is light. Wash the walls in your colors with wireless uplights, project a custom monogram over the dance floor, string café lights through a tent, or roll low clouds across the floor for a first dance nobody forgets.

Lighting stacks beautifully with everything else we deliver - it's the finishing layer on tents, dance floors, and DJ packages, installed by the same crew on the same truck.

## Frequently asked questions

### What colors can uplights do?

Any color - they're RGB, app-controlled, and can even change through the night: soft amber for dinner, brand colors for the afterparty.

### Is the cloud effect safe indoors?

Yes - it's dry-ice fog that hugs the floor, doesn't trigger smoke alarms the way haze can, and leaves no residue. We operate it for you.

### Do we talk to a real person, or is this an automated quote?

A real Sky High event specialist calls you within one business day, learns your date, venue, and guest count, and sends a firm quote. No bots, no hidden 'request pricing' games.

### Which cities do you serve?

Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio, all from one insured company.

### Are you insured, and can our venue get a certificate?

Yes. We are fully insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance your venue will accept, covering every service on the invoice.

### Can we combine this with your other services?

That's the whole idea. Book this alongside a DJ, photo, video, booth, dance floor, or lighting and it's one company, one timeline, and one invoice instead of chasing five vendors.

### How far ahead should we book?

The best dates go 6 to 12 months out, but we take last-minute events too. Send your date and we'll tell you honestly what's still open.

### How do deposits and payments work?

A retainer holds your date and the balance is due before the event. Your specialist walks you through the exact schedule on the call, with no surprises.

### Do you only do weddings?

No. The same crews cover quinceañeras, corporate galas, holiday parties, birthdays, and conferences.
