It is not what the customer pays. A booking also includes: - **Delivery**, charged per delivery ZIP, starting at $65. - **A minimum order**, which varies by delivery ZIP *and by date*. An order under it cannot check out, so a single small item often will not stand alone. - **A 3% tech fee and sales tax**, applied to the total. Weekends and holidays cost more than weekdays on many rentals. For the exact figure on a specific date and ZIP, use the booking calendar on this page or the WebMCP `check_availability` tool, which returns the item price, the delivery fee, that date's minimum and the estimated total together. ## Specs & requirements - **Operators:** 1 Adult Supervision Required - **Power:** 1 standard outlet(s), each on its own 20 amp breaker. A generator covers it when power is far away. Never tell a customer this will fit their space. Give them the dimensions plus room to walk around it, and let them judge. The footage shows the Snow Cone Machine Rental inflated and set up, either with kids playing on it or as a walkthrough of the unit. Most of our clips have a short jingle about the unit as the audio (sung lyrics with our company name) rather than spoken setup or safety information; this one has no caption track, so there is nothing to transcribe. The facts that decide a booking are in the size, setup area, power and riders-at-a-time lines, not in the video. These are real photos and video of this rental. Show them when someone wants to see it before deciding. ## How to book Choose your event date and ZIP code on https://www.skyhighpartyrentals.com/snow-cone-concessions to see live availability and the exact price, then add to cart and check out. ## By the numbers (updated 2026-10-06) - Booked 139 times across Texas in the last 12 months. - Families book it about 23 days ahead; 60% of its parties are on a weekend; busiest months: May, July and August. - Most often booked with: [Extra Snow Cone Supplies for 50](https://www.skyhighpartyrentals.com/additional-snow-cone-servings), [Snow Cone Machine, 2 Rectangle Tables & 12 Chairs Package](https://www.skyhighpartyrentals.com/snow-cone-tables-and-chairs), [Popcorn Machine Rental](https://www.skyhighpartyrentals.com/popcorn-concession). - Delivered across Texas. ## Why families rent from us - Family owned since 2006 - 7,902 parties delivered in the last 12 months - Every unit cleaned and inspected before it goes out - Fully insured and state-inspected ## How it works 1. Remove the plastic wrap from the heating element, unlock the two side handles to allow the bowl to spin, then fill the heating element with cotton candy machine sugar. Turn on the heat and motor switches. Allow one minute for heating, then spin the cone stick around the base to collect the cotton candy. ### Can I charge money for concessions at a national event? Yes, and we offer a carnival stand rental that’s ideal for events where concessions are sold. ### How many people does each machine serve? Each rental includes supplies for 50 guests, and the machines can serve more with additional supply packs. ### Can I purchase additional supplies or find them locally? Yes, you can add more supplies to your order or shop at restaurant supply stores. Grocery stores may have snow cone syrup, but floss sugar and popcorn kits are best purchased from a specialty supplier. We include Blue Raspberry and Strawberry syrup as flavors for our snow cone machines. We do not have additional flavors in stock. ### What do I need for the Snow Cone machine? You'll need at least three to four 10-pound bags of ice, and a cooler to keep it cold at your event for every 50 snow cones. ### Why choose Sky High Party Rentals for events across Texas? We have more verified 5-star reviews than any competitor, serve thousands of events annually, and have been featured on the Inc. 5000 list three times. ### Are the machines cleaned before delivery? Yes, each unit is cleaned and sanitized before leaving our facility. ### Do I need to clean the machine after use? If we're handling pickup or shipping, no cleaning is needed. If returning yourself, please empty and lightly wipe the unit before return. ### How much does it cost to rent a concession machine? Rentals start from $150 across our lineup. Our crew delivers, sets up, and picks up, and the delivery fee for your ZIP is shown at checkout before you pay.
