The drivers/delivery crew were on time, courteous and efficient. My ONLY "problem" was on pick up of our 1 overnight piece of equipment. We had requested that the item be picked up between 8ish and 9 am, as we needed to use the space the next day for activities for 68 kids. I began trying to call the ONLY number provided as contact at about 8:50, saw it was a switchboard that didn't open until 9am, continued to call that number over and over, receiving a recording for 30 minutes. At that point, we had to rearrange and reinvent our day’s schedule. They arrived to get the equipment within a few minutes of 9 am. I understand that scheduling of deliveries/pickups changes a lot and that Houston traffic changes things for you a lot...but, it would have been very helpful to be able to talk to so someone who could give me a warning and updated delivery time. I would have been able to make an informed schedule change myself. Otherwise, everything was TERRIFIC. (Posted on July 30, 2013)

The inflatable soccer field is 50ft long, 25ft wide, and 10ft tall. We recommend at least 1 ft. of extra clearance on all sides. If you want your inflatable placed in your backyard, you also need to make sure that your gate is at least 3.5 ft. wide to allow enough space to get our equipment through.

After you select and confirm your rental items on our website, you will see a list of options that allows you to choose windows for your preferred drop-off and pick-up times. We will contact you the day before your event to get a more specific timeframe within that window. Typically, we drop off at least 1-2 hours prior to your event’s start time and pick up items within 1-2 hours after your requested end time.
Sky High representatives will deliver and set up all rental equipment (which includes rolling out, inflating, anchoring, and securing moonwalks) at your event location. This is done to ensure your safety and the safety of the equipment. Set-up takes approximately 15-20 minutes for moonwalks and 20-25 minutes for water slides.
Yes, there is a $25 delivery fee for locations within 40 miles of Houston. This fee includes delivery, set-up, and pick-up. For locations more than 40 miles outside of Houston, fees may increase. Fees are automatically calculated based on the zip code of your event location and will be displayed on the “View Cart” page.
No. Our insurance requires that we deliver and set up all rentals for safety reasons.
