## How it works

1. Pick a date and ZIP: Prices and availability on this page are for your date once you enter it, and you book online in a few minutes.
2. Confirm the details: You confirm the details online before the party. We deliver on your rental date inside the window you pick on the confirmation page.
3. Delivered, set up, anchored: Our crew sets up in about 20 minutes, anchors the unit and walks you through it.
4. We pick up: We pick up the same day your rental ends, usually within a few hours; overnight rentals are picked up the next morning.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need a generator for a bounce house?

Only if there is no standard outlet near the setup spot. Parks, sports fields, church lots and parking lots usually need one. If the party is in a backyard with an outlet close to the inflatable, you do not.

### Is fuel included with the generator?

A 5 Gallon Gas Can is listed on this page next to the 6000-Watt Generator and is the second most booked item here. Check the product card for what the generator includes before you add the can.

### Do schools and churches book the generator?

Yes. Organizations made up 46 percent of generator bookings in the last 12 months, and schools and churches a fifth, since fields and lots rarely have an outlet where the inflatable needs to go. It is delivered and set up by our crew with the rest of the order.

### How much does it cost to rent party rentals?

Pricing depends on the item you choose, your event date, and your delivery location. Our crew delivers, sets up, and picks up, and the delivery fee for your ZIP is shown at checkout before you pay. Enter your date and ZIP on any product to see that item's live price and confirm it is available.

### How far ahead should I book a generator?

Most families book about 36 days ahead, and about 17% book within a week of the party. 59% of these parties land on a Saturday or Sunday, so popular weekends fill first. Pick your date and ZIP at the top of the page to see what is open on yours.

### Which generators are the most popular?

Sky High set up 599 generator events in the last 12 months, 4,361 since 2016. The most booked were 6000-Watt Generator Rental (599 parties).

### When is generator season?

Our busiest months for generators are March, May and October, based on every booking since 2016.
